Guides

Use these guides to find the right part for your Australian delivered vehicle and understand fitment, freight and ordering.

Buying guides

Use these guides to help you choose replacement car parts for Australian delivered vehicles. Aftermarket Parts Australia sells new replacement parts in two grades, Genuine OEM and Quality aftermarket.

The catalogue covers about 10,000 parts across 32 vehicle makes and 264 models. Part groups include body panels, bumpers, grilles, mirrors, lighting, cooling, suspension and steering, electrical, and mechanical.

How to check the right part

Every listing states the part, the vehicle make and model, the series, the build month range it suits, and the side where the part is handed. Check each of these details against your vehicle before you order.

  • Match the make and model
  • Check the series shown in the listing
  • Confirm the build month range
  • Check the handed side, where relevant
  • Choose Genuine OEM or Quality aftermarket based on your needs

VIN fitment help

If you want help before you buy, send your VIN through the contact page and the team will confirm the fit before purchase.

TO CONFIRM: contact page details, including public phone number, email address and business hours.

Fitting guides

Fitting steps vary by part type and vehicle. Use the listing details first, then compare the part against the item already on your vehicle before starting work.

  • Body panels and bumpers may need alignment with surrounding panels
  • Mirrors, lighting and grilles must match the handed side and mounting points
  • Cooling, suspension and steering parts must suit the listed vehicle and series
  • Electrical and mechanical parts should be checked for connector, mount and shape match

For any part that is not a clear match, stop and confirm fitment before installation.

Ordering and freight

Freight is calculated at checkout from the delivery postcode and the size of the part. Large panels travel as bulky freight on a pallet network, and smaller parts go as parcels.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
